Run as for program, cmd script

Hey everyone.

So after joining my current job I found that there was about 100 local admins, so I've now driddled that to about 5 but the issue is our current VPN requires admin rights to run, so I was hoping to hand out a script to run the program as administrator.

I also need to make is so that if the end user right clicks and hits edit that they dont see our admin password.

Advice?

I'm looking at the simple runas /user: ....etc but I assume I need something a little more complex?
