Extract Specific 7zip files Based on Date Modified

Still New to scripting so please if this is the wrong place point me somewhere i can get assistance. Problem:

We have 20 cameras recording 24/7. Each day we zip and archive for 90 days. Issue lies with auditing. When our monthly auditor comes onsite they randomly pick a day and request us to restore a specific 5 minute section from each zipped archive. Currently we manually open and navigate to the zipped files within this 5 minute period then extract to a folder of a name similar to the archived folder name.

I was hoping one of you may be able to assist in coming up with a way to script the auto export based on the zip file names for specific times within each zip file.

Example:

File Name -- Date Modified

file 1 -- 9/12/2013 12:00 AM

file 2 -- 9/12/2013 12:03 AM

file 3 -- 9/12/2013 12:06 AM

So the extract script would pull just File 1 and 2 if i put the time 12:00-12:05 AM.

This may not be enough to go on but if anyone has any ideas how to accomplish this i'd appreciate it very much as it will save us lots of time.
