PowerShell Script to Monitor and Alert files/folder changes

Hi All,

I needed a script to in PowerShell to monitor and send Alert in case of any change.

The requirement is similar to this link ::

But it is not creating or storing any information to "c:\Scripts\config_changes.txt".

I scheduled a task and started it as mentioned. I made added new files/folders to the folder i need to monitor but nothing happened.

Will appreciate some quick help...
