Powershell Output adding Curly Brackets

I am trying to get output using -groupby and using an array to populate the -groupby. Everything works like it should except the array members are coming out like ItemName: {}

Is there a way to escape the curly brackets or get them to not display at all in the output? My GOOFOO isn't so strong today.
