Task Scheduler/Service Account issue

Hey all,

I'm trying to run a scheduled task as a service account (on a domain controller). I've gone through and changed the run account via cmd, and given the account Log on as batch job rights via group policy. However, I am still getting error 2147943785. My research has shown that this is usually a permissions issue, requiring the account in question to have Log on as batch job rights. Also, when I open the properties for the task and press ok, after entering the account credentials to confirm, I get a notification window saying the account needs Log on as batch job rights to run the task. 

Any advice?
